Creation of policies, procedures, and adherence to such. Dissemination of information, training materials and in charge of management systems in place, including hiring, disciplinary action and terminations.

We have an extensive management system in place. We strive very hard to always be proactive whenever new legislation is passed regarding our industry, and do our best to interpret and abide by all applicable laws. Our current levels of management include: assistant store managers, store managers, lead managers, district managers, area managers and a director of operations. Every day the previous days work is double checked by staff members at the company corporate offices to ensure that each loan was done correctly and that all numbers match and that policies and procedures are being followed. In addition, it is the responsibility of the lead/district managers to look at the prior days paperwork in each of their stores to determine the same. Each month every store receives an internal audit by the lead and district managers to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed. It is the responsibility of the district manager to discuss with the area manager and director of operations to determine the proper disciplinary action for any breach of policies and procedures.

We offer loan extensions. In Utah, loans can be extended for up to 10 weeks from the date the loan was originated. In Idaho, you are allowed a total of three extensions. Like all of our fees, those for extensions are calculated using the APR and the amount and length of the loan. If, for example, you need to extend a $100 loan for an additional week, the APR is 521.43%, which makes the loan extension $10. After you’ve requested your extension and we’ve granted it, you can obtain the extension by paying the amount of interest the loan has accumulated up to that point. This will usually have been previously disclosed as the finance charge. In addition to this minimum amount, it is also our recommendation that you reduce your principal balance by paying as much extra that you can. You may make a partial principal payment of at least $5 at any time during the duration of your loan. Please see our Fee Schedule for more detailed information.

When you decide to pay off your loan early, you don’t have to worry about being charged any penalties. Additionally, you may be eligible to receive a rebate for the amount of unused interest. You may rescind your deferred deposit loan by 5pm the next business day free of charge.  Simply bring in the amount you borrowed and we will give your checks back to you.

The fees for our loans are determined by the amount and length of the loan. For example, if you need a week long loan of $100, our fee is calculated using a 521.43% Annual Percentage Rate (APR), which would, in this case, be $10. For more information, you can view our Fee Schedule.
